The crew of Apollo 11 with the ‘Moon Rock’ they presented to the Smithsonian
It gives Ken Willoughby great pleasure to confirm that an Apollo moon rock will be attending this year’s Space Lectures events with Gene Cernan.
On the Friday night we can now dine with the moon as well as an Apollo astronaut, and the moon rock will also be at the lecture event. The samples will be displayed in a tower showcase.
